Yeka Clothing Shop

The Yeka Clothing shop is a project that tackles a challenge faced by many under-resourced communities: limited access to affordable baby essentials, clothing, and educational toys. These items can significantly impact a child's development, and Yeka is committed to being part of the solution.
Our Vision: Train and mentor a community entrepreneur to run a secondhand store specifically for baby goods. This empowers a local resident while providing families with much-needed resources.
Gently used baby clothes (newborn to 4 years old), toys, books, and equipment are donated by our generous supporters.
Donations
Our team meticulously sorts, cleans, and organises the donated items.
Preparation
A local entrepreneur purchases the items at a very low cost to run the baby clothing store.
Empowering Entrepreneurship
The store offers these items at incredibly affordable prices, to families within the community.
Affordable Access
Profits from the shop sales directly support the entrepreneur and the shop's operation, creating a long-term, sustainable solution.
